Our Programmes

Community Programme (CP)
SuperCamp Senior Forum

This is our core programme which has been running since our inception. The programme is designed to help young adults between the ages of 15 and18 (males and females) and 19 to 24 (males only), create and sustain breakthroughs in their life instead of coping and conforming to their particular situations. The CP programme takes up to 11 months to complete and includes an enrolment phase, a residential intensive phase and a nine-month follow through phase, where youth are matched with a committed partner or life coach.

The monthly workshops (held during the follow through phase) offer support and opportunities to bring in community resources to address the specific needs of the group.

Interactive parent meetings are held bi-monthly.

We work with our local organizations, schools, parents and others to deliver the programme, along with many volunteers recruited to act as enrollment, onsite and life coach/committed partners.

Coaching for Success (CFS)
SuperCamp Junior Forum

This is our middle school programme which is designed to impact the educational success of students in a fun interactive camp forum.
The focus is to build the personal skills for success in character development and education.

Parent Workshop

The Parent Workshop is an interactive programme which runs for a 2½ days. Participants explore thought-provoking questions and concepts designed to help them develop a clearer outlook of what they can accomplish and how to make more powerful choices.

This workshop is one of the products offered in addition to the youth programme. Benefits of this programme include:

  • A renewed appreciation for self and what it means to be a parent.
  • New ideas on working effectively with young people.
  • A sense of empowerment and confidence in producing improved results.

Drop-In Service

We provide a drop-in service to youth and families during normal working hours 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Students and families have the opportunity to meet briefly with a coach to summarize their current concerns and find out more about the resources in the community. Mirrors alumni may require occasional coaching support and can use the drop-in service or obtain a referral to the Mirrors Friends and Family Alumni Association for extended coaching services.
