Vernelda Perinchief: I am responsible for the management of day to day operations.  I am the primary contact person for the areas of administration, production, youth enrolment and volunteer enrolment.  I work closely with the programme coordinator to ensure delivery of desired outcomes for programming as well as outcomes for development of our team.  It is a privilege to support in the leadership of a diverse and dynamic team such as this one.  Not everyone has the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of co-workers and also the clients that they service but this position affords me the opportunity to do just that.

 Jeanene Todd: My main role is Follow Through Supervisor. In this role I am responsible for overseeing the nine-month follow through for the Community Programme and the Coaching for Success Programme . Within my role I am a case manager and a performance coach. I interface with the clients and team members to support them in achieving their goals and programme outcomes. I also am responsible for linkage and coordination of services with other organizations in the community. I know that if I can support one youth in transforming their life then I am making a difference in my community.

Joanne Woods: My main role is that of a case manager and performance coach. I am responsible for managing the mentoring programme.  I work with the mentors, mentees, parents and school personnel to support the positive mentoring relationship. The ultimate goal is to support students in achieving their educational goals. The one thing that inspires me to come to work each day is the value of transformation; transformation is powerful. The team I work with is dynamic.  No matter what obstacles may come our way we stand in possibility and do whatever it takes to get the job done on behalf of transforming our community one person at a time.
